Meet the squishiest, sleepiest little baby I’ve photographed. He has rolls and was just so easy to move around. He was literally a limp noodle in my hands. 
While I was taking the maternity session, we had talked about me being in the delivery room taking pictures of “C”s birth. Well, Kim didn’t deliver until around 2 in the morning…so needless to say, I wasn’t able to be there. However, before work a day or so after his birth, I went to the hospital to capture his cuteness. I love how they came out.
Day 4: I met at their house to get some more studio style shots. Enjoy some of my favorites!!

Meet Mr. Eager , I mean “I”. He was scheduled to arrive on January 6, but decided to come before Christmas. He was the last session of 2010 and what a way to end the year. He is so cute. I drove to Effingham to meet up with them at their home.
I brought my studio lights, but didn’t need to use them because they had such wonderful natural light in their dining room. I am so glad of how the images turned out.

What a difference a couple of months make! Little “T” has changed so much in just a couple of months. What a little cutie!
I love going to their house, there is SO much family history in every area of their home. I used a couple of items that date back to WWI. The “H” family is back! I know you all recognize this family. This we met up for a studio session with some cute ideas! A little snow-white, a little fairy princess, a little mommy and me cooking. It all adds up to some REALLY cute photos.
I had some problems with some extreme static! My lights were popping when someone would touch me, or move my drops. Some other photographers suggested using dryer sheets to cut down on that problem. Here are a few of my favorites.

Introducing the adorable and fashionable little “C”!
I went to their house for this wonderful little session. This girl has the makings of becoming a fashionista! You should see this little girls closet and accessories! She is a photographer’s dream. Bows, headbands, flowers, cute clothes…love it!!

I met up with “K” and her family when it just started turning a little chilly. I love being able to see these little ones at all different stages. “K” had just mastered the art of sitting up on her own. Still had to watch out for her though as her balance would wobble just a bit.

Heather contacted me while she was still pregnant to do “B”s newborn pictures. Finally, the call came that he was here. Heather and Net had to drive almost 2 hours to get to her mom’s home in Parke County. When I arrived, her mom been in the ER and the only good light available was in her bedroom. Even though she really didn’t have to, she insisted on moving to the guest room so that we could hold the session in there. I felt horrible, BUT we did get great pics with 100% all natural light.
I am so in love with these pics. If I’m not mistaken, Net said he is a budding photog and I could tell. He was really easy to work with and “posing” him was really easy. He seemed to know what I was asking. ha!

We did “T”s 3 month session the day before his 4 month birthday…so his 6 month birthday didn’t take too long to get here. Even in the short amount of time, “T” has gotten so much bigger. Oh and he can giggle!!! I couldn’t believe how much he giggled for me. What a little doll baby!!!

We have some crazy fluctuations in temperatures this year, haven’t we?
Anyway, I met up with Eddie, his sister and his mom on a very chilly October. We met up at Deming Park. I really love going here and especially love going in the fall. Eddie will be heading to the Marines for Basic Training after graduation. He is such a nice kid.

It seems like such a long time since I photographed Katie. I met up with her and her mom for some studio shots, then from there we headed to a favorite place for photographs, Deming Park. I am so glad that we chose to go towards the back of the park. I don’t usually venture that far back, I’m so glad that we did. Such another pretty spot of this park.
Katie was on Terre Haute South’s Volleyball team. I heard this team did very well. They were always on the news.
