Happy Mother’s Day/Terre Haute Indiana Photographer

A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.  ~Washington Irving

Happy Mother’s Day Grandma J!! We all love you very much and hope your day is wonderful.

I wanted to share some photos that I took yesterday. I really love how they came out.

With my own mother in Heaven and no pictures scanned of her, I’m sharing a picture of my Grandmother. She has been and is a very large part of my life. I think back to all the things in my life that was hard and remember that she was there with her quiet support. She is completely devoted to her family, and although she doesn’t outwardly show it, she loves us all so much. I love you Grandma!!

Love these!! I’m a sucker for the “kid walking away” photo, but I think I love the dandelion shot the best. Happy Mother’s Day!!!

Goodness, it’s been too long since I’ve visited your blog, Julie. Some GREAT work here!!! I’ve enjoyed scrolling through the wonderful posts — oohing and awing at all of the beautiful photos.

Looks like all is going well with you. I’ll come back again…as busy as you are, I’d better make it sooner rather than later or I’ll miss more “good stuff.”

    Have a great day!!!
