“L”~Newborn Session/Clinton Indiana Newborn Photographer

This little cutie is “L” and he is SO cute!!! His mommy and daddy brought him to my house for his newborn pictures. I have to say that even though newborn sessions are the longest, due to waiting for the newborn to be ready, they are one of my favorite types of sessions. I get to love on them and capture all the tiny little details of a new life. I hope to one day have a macro lens to really capture the details. 🙂

I thought this was just the coolest thing ever!

“H” Family/Terre Haute Indiana Family Photographer

I think I should just nickname this family as my “first family”. HA! I’ve photographed these guys since 2008. I love that our relationship has moved from client/photographer to friends. Love these guys so much!

On to my favorite part….the pictures of course! We went to Dobbs Park early in the morning and wowee was the light yummy!! I love looking at a scene and seeing golden beautiful light! I don’t mind getting up early…especially when the light looks as wonderful as this.

The wonderful cocoon was made by Yarnin-to-Please. Found here: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Clinton-IN/Julie-Lawson-Photography/130867719377?v=info&viewas=1399372466#!/YarninToPlease

“J”~2011 S.V. Senior/Clinton Indiana High School Senior Photographer

I had a good time with “J” and his mom the evening that these were taken. He is such a nice guy and is very talented.

Here are some of my favorites! Thank you  for choosing me to take “J”s pictures.

Happy 1st Birthday “B”/Terre Haute Indiana Infant and Children Photographer

This was sadly the last session with this awesome family. I won’t be seeing “B” and his mommy and daddy until he turns 2! The way time goes, it’ll be here before I know it. I’ve said it before, but I really love being able to be a part of my Tiny Blessing families lives. And of course, I’m always sad when the year is over. Thankfully, they still want to keep in contact, for which I am very grateful.

Here is a video that I created in Animoto. Please click on the link to view it. Before you do though, scroll down to view some of his cake smash session.

Thanks for looking!

Happy 1st Birthday “E”/Terre Haute Indiana Infant and Children Photographer

There has been a lot of 1 year sessions! I love that so much!! New walkers are challenging, they are so eager to explore everything…which means me running to stay ahead of them. ha!

Anyway, this session had to be done on two different days. Why? Well…..this part of Indiana hasn’t had any rain for a very long time, but on the original session date, it rained. We did “E”s studio part of it and rescheduled to come back and finish the outside. That day came and it was gloomy again, it didn’t rain though so we worked it out.

The studio part of my session was done with my D90, the outdoor part was taken with my D700. Love the high ISO abilities and just about everything else about the 700. There is a learning curve though that I am still trying to learn.

Here is my favorite part of blog posts…the pictures!!!! Enjoy!

Have to put this out there:

I purchased an action from MCP Actions for collages. They come in printable formats. The one shown is an 11×14 -3 picture opening. Sooo, any of my clients that would like a collage, let me know.

Hello there sweet thing!

I could just kiss those little cheeks! Isn’t she a doll??

All of the families that I photograph are gorgeous!

See what I mean? She has “zero” time for standing still. lol!!!

When I was there the first evening, I knew I would want to come back to include her cute room.

These shoes were “E”s mommy’s when she was the same age

“K”Family Session/Marshall Illinois Family Photographer

This year has brought me in touch with a few people from my high school. Facebook is a marvelous way to reconnect with classmates as well as market my work.

Terri contacted me to photograph her nieces and I am SO glad that she did. These girls are so beautiful and both have such a great personality. We also included mom, dad and Aunt Terri in a few. 😉

I was so thankful to my sister’s Boss for the use of her property. There was just so many options in one place. Thanks Jamie!

On to my favorite part…the pictures! Enjoy!

A little sisterly love. 🙂

“G” Family/Clinton Indiana Family Photographer

Yes…you are seeing it right. This is another “G” family session. For this session, this family and I met at Bridgeton in beautiful Parke County. This was also the calm before the storm, so to speak. I think about a week later, the annual Covered Bridge Festival descended on this calm quiet little town. 🙂

You’ve met little “A” before when it was scorching hot, now, meet her older brother “C”. This is such a wonderful family!

Enjoy some of my favorites. Of course, I have a lot.
