Haley~2010 Oakwood High School Senior/Illinois High School Senior Photographer

I finished editing Haley’s Senior photos the other day. This session really touched my heart, and I could have photographed her and her daughter all day. She has a beautiful little girl and I loved that I got to capture their bond. As you look through the images, I really believe that you can feel the love. 🙂

This was quite...um..freaky...

The train came by so we were more than happy to get out of the way. Of course, I couldn’t allow that opportunity to pass though. Haley handled it very well. 😉

I’m so glad to have had the opportunity to photograph Haley and her daughter.

Sneak Peek~Little X’s 1 year Pictures/Indiana Baby and Children Photographer

I can’t believe how fast the year went. I met this family in October 2008 for little “X’s” first Tiny Blessing Session. They were my very first clients to ask for it. I love these sessions because it gives me a chance to witness the families growth. “X” is walking very very well now and his big sister “A”….oh my goodness. She has developed some sassiness and it is SO adorable. She told her mom and I to “stay there, I’ll be right back.” Love it!

Yesterday they actually drove down to Terre Haute to meet with me. Trouble with scheduling postponed his 1 yr photo session a little bit but, they were willing to come here. We met up at Deming Park and had a wonderful time. The kids loved playing on the playground.

I can’t wait to see them again in a couple of weeks to take their Christmas pictures.

Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your lives for the past year. I hope to be able to capture your family in the years to come.

God Bless!

Some may remember the session with little “A” and his brother “A” found here: https://julielawsonphotography.wordpress.com/2009/09/15/newborn-sessionbaby-aindiana-newborn-photographer/

Melissa was wanting family portraits done for their Christmas cards and I happened to have an opening when she asked. I love seeing the little ones growing and developing little personalities.

Barbara/Indiana Portrait Photographer

Yesterday I drove up to Benton County to photograph my Aunt! She needed some headshots and so she asked me do to them for her. Of course I said yes. The day was overcast, and windy….wait…..it’s ALWAYS windy at my Grandma’s. I can’t think of a time that I’ve been there when it wasn’t insanely windy. LOL Anyway, Aunt Barbara and I chose what she should wear and we picked a nice spot. I chose to use my 50mm 1.4 and really love the sharpness of the images. My family has some crazy blue eyes, huh?

Aunt Barbie…you look fabulous!!

The “F” Family~Indiana Family Photographer

I finished with Kerry’s family session. We met at the ISU campus here in Terre Haute. What a great location for a session. So many different options. I simply enjoyed every minute of photographing this family. They drove down from the Indianapolis area. I was kind of concerned that we may not get to do this session because of all the wet weather that we’ve been having this month. Thankfully the weather turned out so nice!

These girls are just wonderful. Seriously, I could photograph them and be around them all day. There is just something about those two little ones that is just awesome.

I can’t tell you enough Mark and Kerry thank you!

The “B” Family pt 2

I shared a few from this session last week; but since I finished their photos, I thought I would share some more. I was so glad to be able to photograph this wonderful family. Thanks again for asking me. (Grins)

Lifestyle sessions

I just wanted to share a few photographs that I took of my little girl to show as examples of what your lifestyle session would include. In lifestyle sessions, I will photograph your child(ren) playing and interacting with you and their siblings. The photographs shown below were just taken as we were walking and interacting. I think that this type of photography style shows the subjects true personality and captures it for all time. The weather is getting cooler, but if you are still interested in booking a lifestyle session email me, I’d love to set something up with you.
