I finished up with the “D” families session and wanted to share some of my favorites. As usual, I have a lot.
Meet the reason for this session, “K”.
He has very good neck muscles when he is awake. We would lay him on his belly and his little head would pop right up.
Doesn’t it look like he’s modeling? So cute!

I had the extreme honor to photograph the “H” family today. I’ve known their family since 2008 when I photographed their wedding. Well….in only about a month and a half, their little family of 3 will be a little family of 4! Enjoy the sneak peek and please come back to see the rest when I finish.

I called on my friend to see if she would be able to bring her girls over to model for me. It worked perfectly because the little one is best friends with my little gal. The three of them have been friends since the littlest one was a baby, so there are times when they act more like sisters. lol (sometimes they argue). The younger two don’t always get to hang out as often as they’d like, so when they get together, it’s always a fun time. 🙂

I am loving the little babies that are coming my way. What a great way to get my baby fix and capture this time in the lives of these wonderful families.
I have to say that I get to photograph the prettiest mommies, I mean, wow!!
I met up with little “L” and her mommy and daddy on Friday for her newborn pictures. What a little sweetie! Check back in for more later.
Just a note, dad was hanging onto the basket and mom’s hands were right under the basket. This should only be done with extreme caution.

From the moment I met them at our consultation, I knew that I would like these two. I spent a couple of hours with them for their E-session last night at Fowler Park and walked away knowing that I like these two. 🙂 This couple is so down to earth and I love that! They met in high school and were in band together. They would start dating a few years later though. There wedding is going to be so fun and there will be a couple of firsts for me at their wedding. I won’t spoil it, you all will just have to wait.

It seems like forever since I’ve shown a sneak peek of these girls. I’ve known these two little beauties for over 4 1/2 years. I really am enjoying not only watching them grow, but I am enjoying being able to document their growth through pictures.
When we scheduled this session, I started thinking about how and where I wanted their session to be. I usually start getting ideas about what props to use, what feeling I want the session to show. I really wanted to do something with balloons and I wanted in tall grass. I knew these girls would be perfect for the vision I had in my head. I also wanted to do a little urban shooting in my town and again, I knew the girls could pull off the “attitude” that would be needed for that setting too. Wow! they didn’t disappoint.
Another thanks to Kenny and Becky at Nelson’s Greenhouse for letting me use their field in the back.
Of course, once again, I have too many favorites so there are going to be a lot of pictures to view.

I got the pleasure of meeting up with the “D” family and their boys in their home yesterday. What a great family and their little guys are just so cute!! “C” turned 1-year-old in April and “K” is almost 4 weeks. I really enjoyed my visit there.

I met up with this family on probably one of the hottest days so far at Holliday Park in Indianapolis. Despite the heat, we got some really great shots of them. Little “H” was so interested in all the things to explore that day. I also loved that I was able to capture S and T by themselves too.

I love the feeling of these pictures!! Once again, I had such a hard time choosing. I simply LOVE doing the Tiny Blessing Sessions. I get to watch and document the growth of these little lives. It is so hard for me to believe that I’ll be photographing “T”s 1 year session in just a couple short months.
