“G” Family/Clinton Indiana Family Photographer

Yes…you are seeing it right. This is another “G” family session. For this session, this family and I met at Bridgeton in beautiful Parke County. This was also the calm before the storm, so to speak. I think about a week later, the annual Covered Bridge Festival descended on this calm quiet little town. 🙂

You’ve met little “A” before when it was scorching hot, now, meet her older brother “C”. This is such a wonderful family!

Enjoy some of my favorites. Of course, I have a lot.

“G” Family/Terre Haute Indiana Family Photographer

I’ve known Christine for a couple of years, so i was really excited when she asked me to do her family’s pictures. We met up at their house, then moved the session to Deming Park. They are such a beautiful family and I adore their girls! They are SO cute…and of course, then there is Molly! You’ll meet Molly here in a minute.

Please enjoy some of my favorites.

This is Miss Molly. Every girl should have at least one picture with their favorite childhood toy. 🙂

Justin & Ashley/Clinton Indiana Engagement-Wedding Photographer

I’ve known Ashley for about 10 years…she lives right down the road from me. So, when she asked me to take her and Justin’s pictures and to photograph their wedding ceremony..well, of course I had to say yes. 🙂

I had such a good time with Justin and Ashley, they have such great personalities and remind me a lot of my husband and I when we were first married.  I can’t wait to photograph your wedding next month.

Elizabeth & Gene/Clinton Indiana Engagement Photographer

I met up with Elizabeth and Gene at my house for a couple of studio shots. From there, we headed to Montezuma for some outdoor portraits.

Some may remember Elizabeth from when I did her Senior pictures almost 2 years ago. It was just a pleasure to work with her again. 🙂

Here are some of my favorites from their session.

Enjoy!

“A”dorable/Clinton Indiana Toddler Photographer

Ok, the title is cheesy, but I think you’ll agree with me once you see these images. We shot this when it was mind melting hot outside. I mean…really hot! We only shot for 1 hour because of it. I have to say that I’m a huge fan of this little girl. Despite the heat…she did really good. Her mommy brought some popsicle to help cool her down and they made for some cute photos.

Ok, enough of my rambling…on with the pictures.

Fresh pear….she didn’t care for it though. 🙂

Serious cuteness!!! When I did this picture….my heart just about exploded. 🙂

Another fav!

I made this tutu and “A” was not a fan of it, but you can’t tell in this picture. 🙂

How’s your heart? Stolen…ha!!

Thanks for looking.

Sneak Peek~Ben~Newborn/Terre Haute Newborn Photographer

He’s here!! If you remember their maternity session, https://julielawsonphotography.wordpress.com/2010/07/20/h-familymaternity-sessionterre-haute-indiana-maternity-and-family-photographer/, you’ll want to meet the newest addition to this wonderful family. Little Ben is one week old today!

Oh my goodness, I could have just held him forever. I don’t know if it’s the lights, the movement or what…but he would not sleep. lol I seem to have that effect on most newborns. Here is just a couple of sneak peeks for now, but you’ll definitely want to come back to see more.

And we wouldn’t be complete without the proud Big Sis!

Sneak Peek~Thomas~3 Month/Indiana Infant Photographer

I met up with this lovely family in their home this morning. David and Eliza told me that their home has been in their family for 7 generations. I’ll have to incorporate some of their home at our next session so I can show you how lovely their home is. When I walked into their home this morning, the smell of hazelnut welcomed me. I adore that smell.

Here are a couple of peeks. I used my lens baby macro lens for the first two. This was the first time I got to use it for a baby, I’m so glad that they turned out. Who doesn’t love little baby toes and lips. 🙂

Sneak Peek~”A”/Clinton Indiana Children Photographer

Can it get any hotter?!? Wow what a heat wave we are having, huh? Well, that didn’t stop little Miss “A” from showing off her cuteness last night. I brought my little bench that I got from Hobby Lobby, some suitcases, parasol and the tutu I made. Her mommy brought bubbles and the most important thing…popsicles. We did cut the session short due to the heat, but what we got was so good!

Here are several of my favorites from last night. Come back later to see the rest. 🙂

Sneak Peek~”T” 1 yr old/Clinton & Terre Haute Indiana Children Photographer

Sigh!! This is the last session in my Tiny Blessing Package with Miss “T”. It has been SUCH a blessing to be able to document her first year of life. I’ll be meeting up with them again in August for her actual birthday. I can’t wait to be able to capture her at her birthday party. I’m sure she will be surrounded by a lot of family and friends.

For this 1 year session we did a little bit of everything. We shot in the town of Dana near an old building, on the tracks, then we headed back to their house for a little bit of cake smashing. 🙂 The preview I’m showing this morning is actually some “outtakes”. She wasn’t real partial to the cake and made the funniest faces. Tiffany told me that “T” isn’t fond of certain textures.

The Backdrop and Floor is from PhotoPropFloors and Backdrop.

Enjoy the peek!

forget it…I’m outta here. 🙂

I love seeing pictures that I’ve taken hanging up in my clients homes. Here are some previous sessions with lil “T”.

“C” Family/Indianapolis Indiana Family Photographer

I think July has probably been the hottest month we’ve had for a while. I came early to their house to avoid the hottest part of the day, and it’s a good thing I did.

We started at their house and I love how Christine has ideas for when I came for the session. For our fall session, we have some great ideas.

I’ve taken their pictures since the fall of 2008 and it’s funny how things work with me and the children. Most of the time the little guy has been fairly easy to photograph, didn’t fuss much, etc. Little “A” was a typical two-year old…didn’t really care to have her picture taken. On this day, they flipped on me. 🙂 “X” had no interest in pictures (I did get good action photos though) and “A”…well these were some of the best pictures I have taken of her so far. I really had a hard time narrowing down the best ones.

Please enjoy my favorites!
